Session 5061

With the NW wind getting up and also the NW swells filling in, we opted for the Jetty this morning as early as possible to avoid the crowd and also the low tide at 11. The first part of the session worked out really good and I had some really good long rides. There are more times that I get up on the board when I previously have bailed on. However, I am not yet getting a hold of the control of the board soon enough. Obviously, faster take off needs faster action to shift the weight. Ride quality, when succeed in controlling the board sooner, is also improving significantly as the length of the rides are getting significantly longer. Again, the key here is to find the line quicker and get into it by turning faster and more committed. Stoke 8.
